Finally! EU/UK fulfillment has begun!

Our dear friends across the pond, we appreciate your patience and we are thrilled to inform you that your games are finally on the way! Shipments went out from the hub yesterday and should be arriving on doorsteps in the coming weeks.

Fulfillment Update

Unfortunately the EU is seeing further delays - our shipping container has arrived in Barcelona and was declared as discharged. We have yet to receive confirmation that it has arrived at Surfing Meeple in France. Once it arrives there, there is still a two week lag time usually so we do not foresee any European deliveries until mid-January, and possibly even into February. We are so sorry for these delays, they are beyond our control and we are incredibly disappointed for our European backers to not have their games in time for the holidays :( 

All other regions have been fulfilled. If you live somewhere other than in the EU and you have not yet received your pledge, please contact Quartermaster Logistics for further assistance.

Updated App & shipping updates

If you haven't checked out the UW Moderator Preview app, now is the time to do so! It has been updated with even better scanning, and optimized to work better on older devices. You can download the latest build for iOS here, and for Android here.

 And remember, if you run in to any issues with the app, please continue to provide feedback to us at [email protected], which will go straight to the developers and enable us to get fixes in place as soon as possible!

EU shipping news

Shipping delays continue in the EU, with news that delivery might just make it in time for the holidays. Our partner knows how important it is to have the games in everyone's hands by Christmas, and they are scrambling to try to meet this deadline...hopefully everyone will have their copies by then!

Asia shipping news

Shipping has finally started in Asia, so you should be receiving copies there soon if you haven't already.

Arriving Games & Organizing your Cards

It looks like a whole bunch of backers have received their games...that's fantastic! For those of you still waiting, they'll be on the way soon. It looks like EU copies are going to arrive the latest, but most other regions have at least begun shipping and delivering!

We've seen a bunch of questions pertaining to how to organize your cards in the GameTrayz slots. You can, of course, organize them as you see fit, but here's one way to get you started, depending on the edition you have. These show sleeved role cards:

The UW Moderator Preview app

Thanks to all of you who have submitted found issues with the preview app to [email protected]...please continue to do so if you run into any issues. We're busy working on an update to the preview app, and the more feedback we get the better it will be, and the sooner we'll be able to release the final version of the app.

We are thrilled to see backers are now starting to receive games! The rollout is going slower than we'd like due to continued worldwide shipping delays, but rest assured that all games will find their new homes soon!

UW Moderator Preview App Feedback

Please keep in mind that the current app is a preview version of the final app, which we are still working on. From the app description on the app stores:

This is a preview release, and there are many features that are not complete or have not been entirely implemented:

– Dice Tower Kickstarter roles are not implemented

– Scanning is functional, but not optimized yet

– Some complex role interactions are not implemented yet

– Day and Night timers are functional, but do not contain all the features of the UW Timer app yet

The most important thing to note from this is that if you find any preview app issues, from scanning to deck building, please email [email protected] with a detailed description of the app issue(s) you are facing.

That will allow us to focus on the issues that are most prevalent, and provide a way for us to follow up with individual backers as we attempt to address each of these issues. 

Feel free to post here on KS if you'd like about issues, but in order to get these issues resolved please be sure to email us as well.

We plan on releasing multiple updates to the preview app until we have addressed all known issues (and then it won't be a preview anymore)!
