More (minor) shipping delays, and quick video tutorial

We received an update from our fulfillment partner regarding shipping, and most of the regions set to ship this week have been pushed back a week. Here's where things stand:
Asia: Start shipping this week
US: Start shipping week of November 1st
UK: Start shipping week of November 1st
Rest of World (all other regions not listed elsewhere): Start shipping week of November 1st
Canada: Start shipping week of November 1st
Australia/NZ: Start shipping week of November 8th or 15th
EU: Start shipping week of December 7th
As some of you will be getting your games very very soon, we've created another brief set of tutorial videos for you in order to take advantage of the app. The most important of these is the setup one (which really affects deck building):
And here's a quick video on scanning. Note that in this video, we've turned the Scan Faces option OFF (in options) which is why you see a ? instead of a face when scanning. We recommend doing that for your initial testing of the app, otherwise you'll have to either use yourself or unsuspecting people nearby as the faces for scanning. :D

Shipping starts next week!
The time is finally here! We are super excited to finally see Ultimate Werewolf Extreme make its way into your hands, and we're sure you'll agree that it was worth the wait.
Here are the likely shipping weeks for each region, which vary based on shipping issues:
US: week of October 25th
UK: week of October 25th
Asia: week of October 25th
Rest of World (all other regions not listed elsewhere): week of October 25th
Canada: week of November 1st
Australia/NZ: week of November 8th
EU: week of December 7th
Notifications will be emailed with shipping/tracking information as packages are sent out. If you haven't gotten a notice, it's likely because your package has not been sent out yet. Future updates will track shipping progress and let you know when all packages for a region have been sent out.

1 Week Shipping Delay & App Preview

The container ship bringing Ultimate Werewolf Extreme into the US has had its arrival delayed about a week, so packages will not be going out first thing next week as originally planned.
We’re waiting for updates on this to see if the games have been offloaded yet, and if so, shipping will likely be during the following week (the week of October 25th).
As we get more updates on shipping status, we’ll provide the info to you.

Moderator App Preview
The Moderator App Preview is currently live on the Google Play and iOS App stores
Until you get your game, only the deck building functionality will work for you, but you can try that out now if you’d like. The scanning and gameplay functionality won’t do anything until you can scan cards.
Important: Do the following in the app so you can see all the KS roles:
- Tap “DECK BUILDER” on the main screen of the app
- Tap the Options gear at the bottom center
- Turn OFF the Ultimate Werewolf box in the upper left by tapping it once
- Turn ON the Bonus Roles, Pro, and Ultimate Werewolf Extreme boxes
- Tap the back (left) arrow at the bottom of the screen to return to the deck builder screen
Now you’re ready to use the Deck Builder with all of the roles from the Kickstarter.
If you’d like, tap the ? Icon (lower right) to read details about how the deck building functionality works.
As this is a preview build, not everything is working quite as well as we’d like, but we’re continuing to make improvements to the app. For instance, the list of saved decks is very small right now on some devices.
If you have comments about the app or find any other issues, please email [email protected]. If the issue is a bug of some sort, be sure to include the model of your phone and the version of the OS you are running. The developers aren’t able to read comments posted on Kickstarter and other places, so to ensure we address any issues you find, be sure to email [email protected] with your issues.

We're getting closer and closer to everyone receiving their games...now is the time to start getting excited!
We anticipate that our partners will start sending out games in about two weeks. Games will likely start arriving as early as 10/18.
