Our fulfillment partner has told us they expect to be sending packages out to backers in the middle of October based on current information about ocean shipments and other logistics.

We are still working on the app, and will get it to all of you right about that time as well.

As we have additional info we'll be sure to post it in a future update!

Address Changes - Important info

Have you moved recently or are you moving soon?! 

Address changes in the pledge manager have been locked and cannot be altered moving forward.  Address changes are however still allowed but must be done directly through our customer service team. If you need to change your address, please do so as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] with your name, backer number, and new address information. 

Another notice will be released when we are no longer accepting any address changes at all, however that is not too far off in the future so please do not wait to contact us now!

Werewolves on the water!

Containers full of Ultimate Werewolf Extreme are now on boats, heading to the various shipping lanes around the world! Given the container shortage and surge in freight costs (currently at about 4x the costs of pre-covid levels), we’re quite happy that this much-more-difficult-than-usual segment of the production/shipping process is underway.

Now there’s a bit of waiting while the games make their way across the oceans to their destinations. At that time, QML (our fulfillment partner for this project) will be working with a variety of companies on each continent to get games out to backers.

The games should end their ocean journey by the end of September. After that, there’s customs and getting them to the individual shipping companies that will be sending out games to you. Finally, these companies will need to process the shipments, pack them into individual shipping cartons, and send them directly to you.

We’ve asked QML to expedite this process, and we’re hopeful that games should be arriving at your door sometime in October.

Once the games have arrived and we get more info from our partners, we’ll be sure to pass it along...thanks to all of you for your patience!

Fulfillment Update

Further delays - 

We know you all are eager to hear what is going on, and we are going to be as transparent as possible with you as we work through this process. We are in contact with our partners every week seeing how things are progressing with getting these games out and we are seeing delays like never before, as are most other game companies; this is making all shipping and fulfillment predictions extremely uncertain and loose. 

As it currently stands they are predicting most of the ships will be arriving at their ports in mid to late September. This means they will then have to be transferred to that shipping lane's localized warehouse to be processed for shipping which can typically take at least a couple weeks. With this in mind, we are hoping to have games starting to arrive at doorsteps throughout October but this could likely spill into November at this rate. Again, we will keep you all updated as we receive more concrete information. 

We so appreciate the grace you all have shown us through this,  we are living in some challenging times right now. Your support truly means everything to us!

Okay - good news & bad news... 

Bad news first? 

Our product still hasn't been picked up from our manufacturer, they are now telling us it will be this Friday but we will just have to wait and see. It is frustrating that this part of the process is beyond our control, we are just as eager to get these games on boats as you are.  Hopefully next week we will have some better information to share with you all. 

But some good news now? Yeah!
